Welcome to Stop Motion Studio Maker. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stop Motion Studio Maker mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to create stop motion animations, capture images, edit projects, and export videos. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, animations, and other content you create using the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, import, or share through the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content included in your projects.
Certain features may require a subscription.
Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, logos, icons, and other content, is owned by Kamlesh Shingarakhiya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
